We are happy that you chose us. To follow up click here. If you have a bubbaactive.com account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the My Account page, under recent orders. Usually, an order takes 1-4 business days to be shipped. If you need further assistance, please send us a mail at info@bubbaactive.com

2. How do I cancel my order? 

Once the payment has been done, we may not be able to cancel your order. Either way, we can solve your issue via email info@bubbaactive.com

3. How do I return or exchange my order?

We are happy to accept your return in perfect condition which means the product unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered within 30 days of purchase. Please email us to start the process info@bubbaactive.com

4. US Shipping Options and Information

  • If your order is done before 5 PM EST we will usually ship on the same day, after 5 PM your order will be shipped the next business day. 
  • At the moment we only ship to addresses in the United States. 
  • Orders are delivered via FedEx or USPS, depending on package size, weight, and delivery location.
  • Every order will be shipped within business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. 
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, or incorrect addresses.

6. International Shipping

We don´t ship worldwide yet, we are working to get to all of you. At the moment, we only ship to United States territory.

  2. How do I use my promotional code?

If you have a promotional code just enter the code during the checkout process. Promotional discounts may not apply to all items. If you have more than one code, you can´t be used at the same time. The promotional code can only be used once.
